In August 2019, CACI won a prime position for the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Solutions for Intelligence Analysis 3 (SIA III) contract vehicle. Due to the complexity and technicality of this program, CACI and 15 other companies were selected to deliver a high level of tradecraft, expertise, and mission area knowledge.
The work under the contract is centered on providing military intelligence support and analytics for the agency and its mission partners, including defense planners, warfighters, and national security policymakers. The task orders to compete for are the following:
- Counterintelligence
- Human intelligence
- Network operations
- Military intelligence engineering (defense planning, warfighting, and policy making)
The contract period is expected to end by August 2029.
2. Defense Intelligence Agency’s Enhanced Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise Contract, $6 Billion

In January 2016, CACI was selected for the prime position of the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Enhanced Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise multiple contract award worth $6 billion for awardees.
The task order requires CACI to deliver a wide range of IT solutions and services for enterprise activities, field support, customer outreach, networks and communications, support devices, and cybersecurity. These will benefit the DIA, the Military Services’ intelligence needs, the Combatant Commands (CCMDs), and the intelligence community.
This contract is a good opportunity for CACI to continue leveraging its diversified expertise and technologies for more efficient defense ad intelligence IT systems. It also strengthens the company’s track record in supporting DIA.
3. Customs and Border Protection’s BEAGLE Contract, $1.8 Billion

In November 2019, CACI won a contract award from Homeland Security Department’s Customs and Border Protection. The eight-year Border Enforcement Applications for Government Leading Edge IT (BEAGLE) contract has a maximum worth of 1.88 billion. This back-office IT modernization contract was obtained through the GSA service.
It succeeds CBP’s Border Enforcement Management Systems (BEMS) IDIQ contract with Unisys in 2013 that developed, maintained, and enhanced a hundred software applications under the Border Enforcement Management Systems (BEMS) portfolio.
4. National Geospatial-Agency’s Transport and Cybersecurity Services Contract, $1.5 Billion

In 2020, CACI won a 10-year contract award from the National Geospatial Agency. This was the largest single-award contract CACI had ever obtained, strengthening its competency to continue serving NGA.
Under the transport and cybersecurity services contract, CACI will provide enterprise IT services to NGA and the agency’s mission partners. CACI’s network and cybersecurity professionals will design, procure, engineer, operate, enhance, and implement NGA’s networks and cybersecurity posture on its headquarters and facilities in Springfield (Virginia), St. Louis (Missouri), and globally.
The task order also requires CACI to improve NGA’s efficiency by providing an expansive service and material catalog that makes sure IT service acquisitions are smooth-running.
5. Center for Disease Control and Preventions’ Information Management Services Contract, $1 Billion

In October 2010, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) awarded CACI a $1 billion contract. Under the CDC Information Management Services (CIMS) contract, prime contractor CACI will support the agency’s information technology infrastructure. This includes supporting CDC’s Atlanta campus and offices globally.
The infrastructure support includes enhancements that will enable the CDC to attain its goal of synchronized collection of health information, development of scientist’s analytic equipment, improvement of public health and community partnership, and advancement of science and public health protection.
6. U.S. Army Special Operations Command’s Special Operations Forces Emerging Threats, Operations, and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) Contract, $785 Million

In November 2021, CACI won a contract award worth $785 million from the U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC). Under the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threats, Operations, and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) contract, CACI will support the agency’s missions by providing integrated information and electronic warfare (EW) platforms, threat detection, preparedness, modernization, and training models.
Additionally, this initiative enables CACI to improve further coordination, interoperability, and synchronization of USASOC with its mission partners.
7. U.S. Army’s Outside Plant (OSP) Network Modernization, $514 Million

In January 2022, CACI International won a $514 million contract award from the U.S. Army. Under the Alliant 2 procurement program, CACI will perform network modernization of the agency’s outside plant (OSP) infrastructure and facilities through installation, furnishing, and engineering services to over 40 military locations using industry standards.
The work includes updating the current fiber network infrastructure and adding capacity to incorporate video and data networks and high-speed voice capabilities for command and control systems. CACI’s CEO and President, John Mengucci, states that CACI has expertise in OSP knowledge that will ensure the task order’s success with the current infrastructure.
