The Defense Threat Reduction Agency has issued a draft solicitation for a potential $150 million follow-on indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide logistics services to the Cooperative Threat Reduction Directorate.
The Threat Reduction Logistics Services II contract has an ordering period of five years and covers support in areas of worldwide materials transit, export compliance and customs clearances in technical aid environment, personnel travel and events support, language interpretation, document translation and procurements, according to a notice posted Tuesday on SAM.gov.
TRLS II effort will support the implementation of programs across the Cooperative Threat Reduction Directorate, which includes the Cooperative Biological Threat Reduction, Proliferation Prevention Department, Security and Elimination Department and the Integration Department.
DTRA also plans to use the IDIQ contract to strengthen collaborations with partner nations on countering the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction initiatives.
Interested companies have until Jan. 5, 2023, to respond to the presolicitation notice.
