Tommy Gardner, chief technology officer of HP’s federal business and a key member of Executive Mosaic’s GovCon Expert program, will lead a panel discussion on the technology industry’s role in helping intelligence agencies and other federal entities respond to cyberthreats.
He will act as the panel moderator at the Potomac Officers Club’s next virtual event, “Cybersecurity in the Modern Intelligence Community” forum scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 16.
Gardner was appointed to the CTO position at HP Federal in 2017 and oversees the subsidiary’s work with government, education and systems integration sectors.
Aside from Gardner, the upcoming POC event will feature John Kearney, deputy for cyber operations and analysis in the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency’s Cyber Mission Center, and Robert Kimball, senior research scientist for cyber at the U.S. Army, as panelists.
Christopher Cleary, principal cyber adviser at the Department of the Navy, will deliver the keynote address.
