L3Harris Secures $97M Air Force Material Fabrication Contract

L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX) has received a potential $96.5 million contract from the U.S. Air Force to produce Group B Ground and System Integration Lab materials.

The 645th Aeronautical Systems Group, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity and obligated the full contract amount at the time of award using foreign military sales funds.

The firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract is a sole-source procurement in support of FMS customers.

Work will occur at the contractor’s facility in Greenville, Texas, through June 30, 2024.
