Marc Duvall, a more than 40-year industry executive with aerospace original equipment manufacturers, has joined private equity firm AE Industrial Partners an an operating partner.
“Marc’s strong knowledge of the aerospace supply chain combined with his proven operating track record will allow him to contribute significantly to a variety of value creation initiatives throughout our growing portfolio,” David Rowe, managing partner of AEI, said in a statement published Thursday.
Duvall came to AEI from Raytheon Technologies’ (NYSE: RTX) Collins Aerospace subsidiary, where he served as president of the aerostructures division.
He also held leadership positions at Goodrich’s engine control and electric power systems division, Honeywell (NYSE: HON) and Allied Signal.
Duvall said AEI has been a proven investor within the aerospace, defense and space markets and that he looks forward to working with the firm’s portfolio companies and investment team to come up with strategies and drive business performance and value across its portfolio.
