The Department of Homeland Security has announced plans to launch a competition for the third iteration of the Program Management, Administrative, Clerical and Technical Services contract vehicle.
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services within DHS expects PACTS III to be a total set-aside program for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, according to a notice published Friday.
The department will provide details on the release of a solicitation for the PACTS III vehicle and other procurement information through an Acquisition Planning Forecast System.
The planned requirement will be a follow-on to the PACTS II multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that is set to expire by the end of February 2025.
PACTS II is a total set-aside for SDVOBs and DHS has awarded task orders worth about $725 million to date.
The contract has a two-year base period and three option years and has two functional categories.
The first functional category includes program management and technical services. The second category covers administrative and operations services, financial planning, personnel, billing, recordkeeping, court reporting and stenotype services.
