Megan Hanik, formerly vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton‘s (NYSE: BAH) global defense sector, was named chief people officer at Groundswell, previously known as CollabraLink Technologies.
The technology integrator said Wednesday Hanik has more than a decade of experience in workforce engagement and company cultural development and is now responsible for overseeing Groundswell’s human capital strategy and programs.
She will focus on driving the development of a diverse pipeline of leaders for Groundswell and supporting the company’s efforts to enable high-performance retention and hiring of talent.
Hanik most recently served as VP of strategy and talent for global defense at Booz Allen, where she had talent management oversight and HR responsibilities. Her career also includes time at PwC, General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) and XLA in roles focused on workforce development engagements.
