Joe Niehaus, director of supply chain management at LMI since February 2021, has been promoted to senior vice president of logistics solutions, he announced Wednesday in a LinkedIn post.
Prior to his promotion, Niehaus oversaw the management consulting organization’s service offerings intended to help federal clients manage supply chain risks.
The more than 23-year industry veteran spent more than 14 years at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC), where he previously managed logistics within SAIC’s solutions and technology business.
Niehaus also held program and equipment business management roles at EAI Corp. and received professional certification from the Association of Supply Chain Management.
His promotion comes nearly three weeks after LMI announced it will sell the company’s for-profit subsidiary to a consortium of investment firms Declaration Partners, Capitol Meridian Partners and 22C Capital.
