Seven large companies and two small businesses won spots on a potential five-year, $1.31 billion contract to help the U.S. Navy operate and maintain training systems.
The firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity vehicle covers simulator contractor O&M and instructional services, training systems management, product support and other related services for the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, the Department of Defense said Friday.
The large business awardees are:
- BGI and Aero Simulation joint venture
- CAE USA
- Valiant Integrated Services
- Delaware Resource Group of Oklahoma
- Fidelity Technologies Corp.
- FlightSafety Defense Corp.
- LB&B Associates
Engineering Support Personnel and LTSS JV are the small business awardees on the contract.
NAWCTSD received a total of nine offers for the IDIQ contract and contractors will perform tasks at U.S. Marine Corps and Navy installations nationwide.
