Hensel Phelps Construction Co. will design and construct two buildings at Fort Meade in Maryland under a $302.2 million contract from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
USACE received seven bids for the project and obligated $79.1 million at the time of award, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
The agency expects work to conclude by Feb. 20, 2026.
Greeley, Colorado-based Hensel Phelps won a separate $531.7 million contract from USACE earlier this month to build F-35 flightline facilities at Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida.
