Axiologic Solutions has acquired Data Intelligence Technologies to expand its services and client base in the national security and intelligence communities.
The transaction marks Axiologic’s second acquisition in less than 18 months, the company said Wednesday.
Tysons, Virginia-based Data Intelligence Technologies specializes in artificial intelligence, data science and cybersecurity and adopts Blur Search Technologies as a platform to design and develop applications to facilitate rapid search, data retrieval and indexing in support of the client’s mission.
Data Intelligence Technologies supports the missions of federal civilian and defense agencies and commercial entities and brings to Axiologic tech capabilities in several areas, including 5G, radio frequency, analytics and visualization, signals intelligence and software development.
“This acquisition is another critical step in our strategic growth journey,” said Tom Stauber, co-founder and managing partner at Axiologic Solutions.
“We’re driving Axiologic’s intelligence community solutions platform forward by adding capabilities and experts to provide more comprehensive support to organizations across the national security community,” added Stauber.
Rees Broome, Atlantic Union Bank and Pipaya supported Axiologic in the transaction. DLA Piper and Monument Capital Partners represented Data Intelligence Technologies in the deal.
