CACI International (NYSE: CACI) and M.C. Dean have won spots on a potential eight-year, $91 million contract to provide base defense security systems to the U.S. European Command.
The Air Force Installation Contracting Command received three offers for the multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, which gives EUCOM access to electronic security and emergency management product offerings, the Department of Defense said Monday.
DOD noted that the two companies will receive $5,000 in guaranteed minimum delivery orders.
The IDIQ award has an initial ordering period slated to conclude on April 6, 2025, four one-year option periods and an additional performance extension until April 6, 2030.
Product deliveries will primarily take place in Belgium, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, Kosovo and the U.K.
