Oceus has secured a potential $84 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to design and build a mobile cellular network for the Department of Defense.
The 10-year IDIQ award calls for the provision of a communications system to support DOD’s wireless applications and future network updates, the company said Tuesday.
Contract work will also include engineering, installation and sustainment support services.
“We have had a long relationship with DOD providing world class capabilities and are very humbled to continue to support their mission objectives,” said Jeff Harman, president and CEO of Oceus.
The Reston, Virginia-based company develops broadband connectivity, edge computing and 5G network technologies intended for government and enterprise use.
