Jamila Taylor, a more than 25-year human resources executive, has been appointed chief HR officer at Guidehouse.
She will report to Guidehouse Chief Operating Officer Charles Beard and oversee the company’s talent acquisition, human capital strategy, leadership and cultural development, learning and development, organizational design and performance management initiatives, the company said Monday.
Beard said Taylor has helped Guidehouse define its talent and people strategy and will play a key role as CHRO in developing programs that could enable the company to attract, support and retain talented employees in digital services, consulting and managed services.
In early 2019, Taylor joined Guidehouse as head of HR operations and assumed the role of partner and head of shared services later that year. She also serves on the company’s inclusion and diversity council, ISO audit committee and compensation committee.
She previously worked at CACI International (NYSE: CACI) as vice president of compensation and held HR leadership roles at Harris, SABIC, General Electric (NYSE: GE) and Eaton (NYSE: ETN).
