Mark Fuller: Castellum Seeks to Expand Info Operations Area Capabilities With LSG Buy

Castellum has agreed to acquire government contractor Lexington Solutions Group for an undisclosed sum and expects the transaction to close within the next six weeks.

Bethesda, Maryland-based Castellum said Friday the definitive purchase agreement came two months after it signed a letter of intent to buy LSG.

Mark Fuller, president and CEO of Castellum, said LSG President Boyd Brown and his team will join Castellum and help the company broaden its capabilities in the field of information operations.

“The addition of LSG should push Castellum above $42 million of annualized revenue on a run-rate basis. We also have identified several other potential acquisitions which fit our strategy and hope to be able to bring at least one of them into the fold soon as well,” added Fuller.

LSG is a Lexington, Virginia-based service-disabled veteran-owned small business that provides national security, strategic communication and management consulting services to U.S. government and commercial clients. The company has an annual revenue of approximately $4 million.

Defense technology company Castellum is making strategic acquisitions in the areas of cybersecurity, information technology and software, information warfare, engineering services and electronic warfare.
