The Defense Health Agency has awarded six companies positions on a six-year, $1.43 billion contract to bring technology modernization processes, tools and methods to the DHA’s program executive office for defense health care management systems.
Contractors will aim to help PEO DHMS personnel adopt methodologies from industry under the multiple-award, firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Friday.
The IDIQ award has a one-year period of performance and five option periods that would extend work through January 2028.
Services will be performed in Rosslyn, Virginia, and will be financed with fiscal 2022 operation and maintenance funds from the DHA.
