Parsons (NYSE: PSN) will deliver COVID-19 test kits to Immigration and Customs Enforcement facilities and provide the Department of Homeland Security agency with support services under a potential three-year task order valued at over $100 million.
The company said Wednesday it will supply rapid molecular and rapid antigen test kits, and conduct related training and logistics services to support COVID-19 testing across the U.S.
Parsons will also employ its DetectWise biosurveillance platform to help ICE facilitate COVID-19 testing and associated data management activities. Users can submit self-attestations, upload vaccination status and integrate test results via DetectWise.
The platform builds on the company’s information technology capabilities to enable logistics tracking and visualization.
DHS awarded the task order under the existing COVID-19 Testing Solutions contract. Parsons landed a spot on the said vehicle in November 2020.
