Warren Kohm, formerly a vice president and corporate controller at Alion Science and Technology, has been named chief financial officer of Red River Technology.
Kohm has over 25 years of experience leading financial functions at multiple companies that worked with federal, state and local government clients, Red River said Thursday.
At Alion, he also served as head of financial planning and analysis and played a role in some of the company’s major transactions such as its 2018 acquisition of MacAulay-Brown and 2021 sale to Huntington Ingalls Industries (NYSE: HII).
His industry experience also includes leadership roles at Capgemini’s government business, CGI-AMS and Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH), where he worked for 12 years.
Claremont, New Hampshire-based Red River offers technology and integration services in the areas of networking, cloud, security, mobility, data centers and collaboration.
