Andrew Rabinowitz Named K2 Integrity Co-CEO; Jeremy Kroll Quoted

Andrew Rabinowitz, an asset management executive, has been appointed co-CEO and board member of New York-based risk management firm K2 Integrity, effective Sept. 20.

He will oversee the firm together with Jeremy Kroll, co-founder, president and co-CEO of K2 Integrity, with a focus on launching new offerings, strengthening operations in support of business expansion efforts and advancing growth initiatives across financial services and clients in the U.S., European, Asian and Middle Eastern markets, K2 Integrity said Tuesday.

“With decades of experience working with institutional investors, industry regulators, and top-tier service providers, Andrew brings a fresh perspective to our incredible team. His contributions will complement and inform how K2 Integrity can best serve our clients and attack new growth opportunities for years to come,” said Kroll, who will assume additional duties as deputy chair of the board.

Rabinowitz will join K2 Integrity after nearly 20 years at Marathon Asset Management, where he currently serves as president and chief operating officer. He will bring to the firm his decades of experience and skillsets in finance, technology, sales, compliance and risk management areas.

Prior to Marathon, he served as an associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel and as a manager at EY.

K2 Integrity launched in November 2020 as part of K2 Intelligence Financial Integrity Network’s rebranding effort to mark its commitment to providing financial crime risk and compliance management, regulatory monitoring, advisory, training and investigative services to public and private sectors.
