The Naval Surface Warfare Center’s Philadelphia Division has awarded seven small businesses positions on a six-year, $249.7 million contract to engineer shipboard and shore-based systems.
Contractors will compete for task orders to provide cybersecurity engineering, integrated logistics and quality assurance services to the U.S. Navy’s surface ships, aircraft carriers, service craft and submarines, the Department of Defense said Friday.
Work under the cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will take place through July 2027 at various locations within the East Coast and West Coast regions and outside the continental U.S.
The awardees are:
- Delphinus Engineering
- Q.E.D. Systems
- Epsilon System Solutions
- Life Cycle Engineering
- McKean Defense Group, now Noblis MSD
- Research and Development Solutions
- Transtecs
NSWC Philadelphia will obligate $3,865 for each awardee at the time of award and provide other funds at the task order level.
