Mark Bendza, former head of investor relations at Honeywell International (Nasdaq: HON), has joined cybersecurity services provider Telos (Nasdaq: TLS) as executive vice president and chief financial officer.
He replaces Michele Nakazawa, who has held the CFO role over the past 17 years and will remain part of Telos’ senior executive team to ensure a smooth transition, the company said Monday.
Prior to Honeywell, he served as vice president of the international business at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) from February 2016 to July 2016.
Bendza also worked as senior director of Northrop’s corporate financial planning and analysis, investment banking executive director at Nomura Securities International and a vice president Morgan Stanley.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University and his master’s degree in finance and economics from Columbia Business School.
