7 Small Businesses Win Spots on $349M Army Contract for Pipeline Construction Services

Seven small businesses have won spots on a potential seven-year, $349 million contract to help the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers build oil and gas pipelines and other related structures.

USACE received 19 bids for the firm-fixed-price contract via an online-based solicitation process and the agency will determine funds and work locations upon issuance of each order, the Department of Defense said Thursday.

The awardees are:

  • Dawson Enterprises
  • GSI-ENET joint venture
  • KNK Engineering Consulting Corp.
  • Reliable Contracting Group
  • S&B Infrastructure
  • Silver Mountain Weston SB JV
  • Structural Associates

In February, USACE selected four small businesses for a separate five-year, $495 million contract to support military health care facility construction and renewal projects
