Heald is the senior vice president of information Exploitation at Novetta. While serving at Novetta, Heald has expanded his portfolio of work into a division focused on applying technology to solve the most complex challenges facing a diverse set of customers, including data analytics, artificial learning/machine learning, cloud enablement, sensor fusion, cyber-security and DevSecOps solutions.
Panelist: Ryan Fairchild
Fairchild is the vice president of Novetta’s Enterprise Solutions. In that capacity, he leads strategic and operational initiatives driving cloud engineering solutions, entity analytics, and agile software development for Defense, Intelligence Community, and Federal Law Enforcement customers.
Panelist: Jason Brown
Jason Brown is the chief technology officer for Leidos’ Army and Mission Partners Division. As CTO, Brown leads the development of the technical strategy for Leidos’ Army portfolio in areas of networks, cloud, cyber and artificial learning/machine learning.
Panelist: Leonel Garciga
Garciga is the Army Intelligence Community Information Management director, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-2. He is responsible for operational, technical and security expertise and oversight of Army Intelligence Community information management and information technology capabilities across the Army.
Panelist: Paul Puckett
Puckett is the director of the Army’s Enterprise Cloud Management Office. His work includes serves as the principal advisor to the CIO/G-6 and other senior army leaders on the Army’s Cloud strategy. Additionally, he is responsible for developing strategy, using and optimizing Cloud resources, including cybersecurity, data protection, commercial capabilities, and ensuring network support to the current and future Army force.
Panelist: Rob Schadey
Rob Schadey is the Business Mission Area director for Army Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS). In this role, he leads the integration and modernization of the Army enterprise resource planning systems, with an emphasis on enterprise initiatives such as cloud computing and data analytics.
Panelist: John Howell
Howell serves as the assistant program executive officer for networks, cyber and services at the Army’s PEO EIS. His duties include overseeing network modernization, defensive cyber operations and enterprise solutions.
The Army: IT Management and Transformation Forum keynote address will be delivered by Dr. Raj G. Iyer, chief information officer for the U.S. Army. He will discuss development efforts of new capabilities and truncated legacy programs, which will be integral to new concepts of operations and organizations.
