BC Customs has received a potential five-year, $70 million contract to manufacture search and rescue tactical vehicles for the U.S. Air Force.
The company will provide an undisclosed number of SRTV-Side by Vehicle units, special warfare accesories and training services to the service branch, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
The AF Life Cycle Management Center in Ohio is the contracting activity and will obligate funds upon issuance of individual orders under the firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
DOD expects the company to finish contract work by May 31, 2026.
Clearfield, Utah-based BC Customs offers SRTVs to the defense sector as part of the company’s SXOR Mobility Vehicles portfolio.
