Terence Emmert, Acting DOD Deputy Undersecretary for Research and Engineering, Receives First Wash100 Award

Following the inauguration of President Biden and his administration in Jan. 2021, Terence Emmert was appointed acting duties of the deputy under secretary of defense for Research and Engineering.
