Grant Thornton’s public sector arm has received a potential five-year, $350 million contract to help the Transportation Security Administration identify and develop technologies for secure travel operations.
The Program Analysis and Strategic Support blanket purchase agreement covers program support and integrated consulting services to help the TSA ensure the security of personal and commercial travel across the U.S., Grant Thronton Public Sector said Monday.
The company noted that it intends to use a collaborative environment to streamline service delivery across TSA networks.
Carlos Otal, a national managing partner at Grant Thornton Public Sector, noted that the company has the scale and experience to perform services under large vehicles like the BPA.
He added that the award represents how the company uses its global network to support mission-critical needs.
