Zvenyach initially worked at GSA during the Obama administration as acting executive director of 18F and as assistant commissioner of acquisition for TTS.
He returned to the agency earlier this year to lead its organization that helps federal agencies transform services using modern technology platforms, applications and processes.
Sandra Hinzman, senior vice president of contracts and property at Science Applications International Corp., will lead a panel discussion at the forum.
