Sandra Hinzman, senior vice president of contracts and property at Science Applications International Corp., will moderate a panel discussion at GovCon Wire’s upcoming Innovation and Modernization in Federal Acquisitions Forum scheduled for Thursday, April 15.
Hinzman has worked for SAIC since 1992 and oversees contractual aspects of the company’s proposal submission and program administration functions. She is a member of the National Contracts Management Association and the National Defense Industrial Association.
The virtual forum will feature Sonny Hashmi, commissioner of the General Services Administration’s Federal Acquisition Service and 2021 Wash100 Award recipient, as keynote speaker.
