Redhorse, a San Diego-based government technology services contractor, has promoted Michael Rauseo to director of capture and Lance Orr to director of operations within its national security practice.
Rauseo will utilize the company’s digital offerings in artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud, DevSecOps and data science to capture new opportunities and facilitate the delivery of AI-enabled platforms to Department of Defense agencies and combatant commands, the company said.
He is a U.S. Marine Corps Reserve lieutenant colonel who previously served as capture lead for the company’s technical, analytical, administrative and security blanket purchase agreement and technical engineering and administrative management support BPA. Prior to Redhorse, he worked at Deloitte Consulting as a strategy and operations senior consultant.
Orr will oversee and work with project managers to ensure collaboration in support of project controls, contracts, quality, proposals and other functions as director of operations. He will also coordinate with Rauseo to build up existing contracts, capture recompetes and pursue adjacent opportunities.
He served for more than two decades in the U.S. Air Force as an intelligence officer. His military career included time as chief of the intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance force readiness branch, counterterrorism analyst at U.S. Central Command, senior executive assistant to the Joint Staff/J2 and liaison officer to the ISR task force.
