Terry Ryan, lead director at Constellis and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, took the helm of the Herndon, Virginia-based company as its CEO and executive chairman.
He succeeds Tim Reardon, who stepped down from the chief executive position to “pursue other interests,” and brings more than two decades of government services industry experience to his new roles, Constellis said Tuesday.
Ryan previously led Tenax Aerospace, VT Group and Adroit Systems. His industry career also includes senior executive posts at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC), Mercury Systems (Nasdaq: MRCY) and ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT).
Between 1995 and 1999, he worked at the Department of Defense from 1995 to 1999 as deputy director of DOD’s airborne reconnaissance office and as director of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems.
The retired USMC officer also served as a professional staff member on the House and Senate intelligence oversight panels.
