A TechFlow subsidiary will help the U.S. Navy manage base operations at Naval Air Station Patuxent River in Maryland under a potential $129M indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
EMI Services will support the management of the installation’s airfield facilities, utilities, special events and water and environments services, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
Work at the naval air station also covers general information and administrative support.
Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command received seven proposals for the contract and the service branch will obligate $13.3M to finance recurring work under the first task order.
Ninety-two percent of work will occur in St. Mary’s County, Maryland, while the remaining 8 percent will take place in the state’s Calvert County.
DOD expects contract work to conclude in March 2029.
