The forum will feature Suzanne White, deputy director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), as a keynote speaker. GovConWire will also host an expert panel, featuring leaders across the IC, including the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and National Security Agency (NSA), as well as industry partners.

Keynote: Suzanne White
White became the deputy director of the DIA in Oct. 2018. In her position with the agency, she helps the DIA director drive the agency’s missions and manage a workforce of more than 16,500 military and civilian employees worldwide.
Prior to her current assignment, White served as the chief of staff, where she worked to ensure the timely satisfaction of the agency’s current requirements while developing the plans, process improvements and strategies that prepare the DIA to meet future requirements.
Keynote Introducer: Stacey Page
Page is the vice president of operations for the national intelligence community, under SAIC’s National Security and Space Sector. In this role, she is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and growth of the National Intelligence Community accounts for SAIC.
Page has more than 30 years of experience in management, business development, strategic planning, program management, and software development in the national security space.
Panel Moderator: Carol Williamson
Williamson is the vice president of Business Development for the National Intelligence Community, under SAIC’s National Security & Space Sector, where she is responsible for leading business development and capture efforts across the National Intelligence Community accounts for SAIC.
Williamson has been with SAIC and its legacy corporations since 2011. During this time, her leadership roles spanned program management, business development, capture and proposals, and corporate capture excellence.
Panelist: Margaret Augustine
Augustine was appointed as CIA’s procurement executive in Sept. 2017. Since joining the agency, Augustine has been responsible for leading the acquisitions workforce, policies and execution.
She joined the CIA in 1983 as a procurement officer. Since then, she has held a variety of acquisitions positions of increasing responsibility, including contracting officer, in the areas of Communications, Analysis and Research and Development, where she was responsible for executing major programs.
Panelist: Mark Devido
Devido was appointed as director of the Office of Contracts (OC) with NRO in June 2019. He has a broad range of experience and acquisition expertise from his prior assignments as CIA’s chief acquisition strategy officer, group chief/Headquarters Acquisitions Group, and various other IC acquisition leadership positions to include NRO, NGA and DOD.
Prior to joining the agency, DeVido worked in the private sector, where he served in corporate finance and contracts functions. DeVido is the chief of Acquisition Strategy for the Office of the Procurement Executive (OPE).
Panelist: Diane Dunshee
Dunshee is the deputy director of Business Management & Acquisition (BM&A) and the senior acquisition executive (SAE) at the NSA. She is responsible for all procurements, from physical fences to complex industry-leading systems, acquired as part of major acquisition programs.
She is responsible for delivering major acquisitions and ensuring the acquisition process is followed consistently and appropriately. She develops and maintains strategic relationships with acquisition stakeholders across NSA, the Department of Defense (DOD) and IC.
Panelist: Kelly Pickering
Kelly Pickering, senior procurement executive with the NGA, is responsible for the management direction of NGA’s acquisition system, including implementation of unique acquisition policies, regulations, and standards.
She also leads the Office of Contract Services (OCS) within the Capabilities Directorate. She most recently served as the Assistant Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Procurement and the Intelligence Community’s (IC) Senior Procurement Executive (SPE) at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
