Darryle Conway, former chief growth officer of economic and analytics consulting firm Nathan Associates, has been appointed to the same position at Constellis.
He brings more than two decades of strategic planning and business development experience in the government and commercial markets to his new position, the company said Monday.
Conway previously held various leadership positions at PAE‘s (Nasdaq: PAE) global mission services unit, the former Raytheon company and Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC).
As director of corporate business development for Raytheon’s homeland security strategic business area, Conway helped lead and coordinate a corporate-wide approach to global homeland security and responsible for market growth.
At SAIC, he served as deputy director of corporate business development and was responsible for coordinating business development activities across Fortune 500 corporations with $7.2 billion in annual revenues and more than 43,000 employees.
He serves on the board of directors at the International Stability Operations Association, Eagle Online Academy and the board of trustees at the Army War College Foundation.

Constellis also named Rick Tye as president of its crisis mitigation business. In this capacity, Tye will lead the company’s COVID-19 Response, Fire and Emergency Services, Emergency and Disaster Response and other priority programs.
