The Department of Defense said Tuesday the company will build hardware, software and interface, manufacture subsystems and structural components, update weapon systems and install modifications as part of the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
USAF concurrently awarded a $1.03M initial delivery order to Boeing using foreign military sales modification and development type 4F funds.
The IDIQ award has a five-year base ordering period that runs through November 2025, followed by a five-year option period.
