Bryan Pruden, a more than two-decade financial and operations professional, has been appointed vice president of finance and accounting at government technology services provider Redhorse Corp., Homeland Security Today reported Monday.
He will be responsible for the San Diego-based company's accounting, finance and program analysis efforts in his new position.
Pruden most recently served as chief operating officer of retirement plan distribution firm PenChecks and previously held the chief financial officer role at Care Innovations and Sequoia Solar.
His industry career also included time as COO/CFO at Celergy Networks and as vice president and corporate group controller at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC).
He also spent 10 years at Intel (Nasdaq: INTC) in various positions such as controller and director of employee productivity information technology.
