Rick Schult, former senior vice president of the defense division at E3/Sentinel, has taken a new role as executive VP for business development to help drive the McLean, Va.-based government contractor's organic growth strategies.
The company said Monday Schult led its overall growth, client engagement, service delivery and talent management functions in his prior role.
The 15-year consulting service veteran previously managed the Department of Agriculture account at E3 Federal Solutions, which merged with The Sentinel Company in late 2018 to form E3/Sentinel.
He served as senior consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) earlier in his career.
