ADS Federal has unveiled a new logo andbrand identity and changed its name to AllegientDefense to reflect the company’s commitment to providing services to veteransand the defense community.
The new company name “more accurately reflectswho we are, how we operate and who we serve," Angel Diaz, president andCEO of Allegient Defense, said in a statement publishedTuesday.
"By putting 'Defense' in our name, wesignal that we are a company comprised of and working in service of veteransand the DoD community. ‘Allegient’ signifies our patriotism and our deep,sincere allegiances to the customers we serve and the missions we support,”Diaz added.
Allegient Defense is an 8(a) certified service-disabled, veteran-owned small business providing capabilities across the areasof unmanned air systems, information technology, C4ISR, data management, systemnetwork, engineering and directed energy in support of federal agency clients,including the departments of Defense, Homeland Security, State and Energy andthe Office of Naval Research.
The company has spots on the SeaportNextGenschedule and pools1 and 3 of the General Services Administration’s One Acquisition Solutionfor Integrated Services – Small Business contract vehicle.
Technical Services Corp. rebrandedas ADS Federal in 2019 after it acquired Virginia-based AcceleratedDevelopment & Support.
