Bill Downer, vice president of National Programs for Seagate Government Solutions, has become the latest member of Executive Mosaic’s highly prestigious GovCon Expert program.

Downer joined Seagate Government Solutions as its Federal, Business Development Manager in Sept. 2013 and was made responsible for significantly growing Seagate’s ClusterStor business in all areas of the U.S. federal government, including Seagate’s products and services by working directly with the government customers.
His success in the role eventually led to his current role as the vice president of National Programs where he helps provide rich, mission-critical storage solutions to the federal government. He also works to make Seagate Government Solutions the storage industry’s first fully vertically integrated storage solutions from drive to full system optimized to the customer requirements.
