Xator, a Reston, Va.-based technology services contractor, has finalized its acquisition of InCadence Strategic Solutions for an undisclosed sum as part of efforts to expand its presence as a provider of national security, intelligence and C4ISR platforms to U.S. government agencies.
Xator CEO David Scott said in a statement published Friday InCadence brings to Xator its deep-domain expertise in customer-focused platforms and the combination will help accelerate growth opportunities.
“Xator’s acquisition of InCadence represents a very exciting combination of technical expertise and intellectual property, which will continue to serve our complementary client sets for years to come,” Scott added.
InCadence, which was established in 2009, is headquartered in Northern Virginia and provides biometrics and identity management, tactical communications, big data platforms, operational intelligence support, engineering services and technical products to government and commercial customers.
