Anthony Robbins, vice president of public sector at NVIDIA (Nasdaq: NVDA) and a 2020 Wash100 award winner, has said federal agencies should leverage artificial intelligence to manage mundane tasks and allow employees to focus on mission-critical functions.
“With the federal government being one of the largest collectors of data, AI has great potential for every agency,” Robbins wrote.
He cited how robotic process automation could help agencies manage benefits administration, claims processing, payroll and other repetitive tasks.
He noted that the General Services Administration, U.S. Air Force and 64 other agencies are using UiPath’s RPA platforms to enable their personnel to focus on higher-value work. “UiPath offers agencies Task Mining, Task Capture and Process Mining to accelerate the design and build phases of the RPA process, making it easier to implement and scale automation,” he added.
Robbins said agencies could harness AI with the help of graphic processing units. He also discussed how the company’s GPUs and DGX-Ready Data Center program could benefits agencies as they utilize AI to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
