George Khater, formerly executive account leader at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), has joined Accenture‘s (NYSE: ACN) federal services unit as director of business development, FedHealthIT reported Tuesday.
Prior to Northrop, Khater served in business development positions at Digicon, Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) and Netsol Technologies.
He worked as lead project engineer at BAE Systems earlier in his career and has gained more than two decades of experience developing business growth strategies.
His background also covers the areas of account, program and capture management.
