TYSONS CORNER, VA, February 11, 2020 — Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP) received a potential seven-year, $277M prime contract to help the Department of Labor operate and maintain information technology platforms, ExecutiveBiz reported Jan. 28.
The company said Jan. 28 it will assist DOL’s Office of the Chief Information Officer in managing IT systems, applications and services that support more than 20K end users. The contract has one base year plus six one-year options.
Rocky Thurston, senior vice president and general manager of Perspecta’s civilian, state and local business group, said the company will work to help the department build a unified IT infrastructure.
