Forty companies have won spots on a potential 10-year, $982.1M contract to provide support services for the U.S. Navy’s unmanned surface vehicle family of systems.
Contractors will compete for delivery orders under the multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, which has a five-year base period plus a five-year option that would extend the performance period through February 2030, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
Naval Sea Systems Command received 42 offers for the IDIQ through FedBizOpps and will obligate a total of $1K for each initial order given to the winning companies.
