TYSONS CORNER, VA, January 7, 2020 — PAE’s national security solutions division has booked contracts worth more than $1.1B last year to support government customers such as the intelligence community, ExecutiveBiz reported Dec. 19.
The company said Dec. 18 it will help IC agencies manage classified facilities as well as provide security adjudication and logistics support via three contract awards worth potentially over $500M.

The Platinum Equity portfolio company announced in November its plans to merge with Gores Holdings III.
