Govplace has received a potential four-year, $109M blanket purchase agreement to provide commercial cloud hosting services to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
USCIS will have access to a catalog of cloud service providers that have been certified under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program to support agency-wide information technology programs and systems, Govplace said Monday.
The Reston, Va.-based IT contractor will also deploy an engineering team to help USCIS utilize infrastructure, platform and software delivery models.
Suzanne Liscouski, senior vice president of strategy and business development at Govplace, said the company will work to ensure multicloud access as the agency transitions to digital infrastructure as part of IT modernization efforts.
