Strategic Data Systems Wins Potential $122M Navy Contact Center Support IDIQ

Information technology company Strategic Data Systems has won a potential five-year, $121.6M contract to provide a range of support services to the U.S. Navy™s human resources contact center.

The award covers firm-fixed-price orders for MyNavy Career Center support and has a performance period that will run from January 2020 through January 2025, the Department of Defense said Friday.

Naval Supply Systems Command’s Fleet Logistics Center received eight offers for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract and will obligate $10K in fiscal 2020 Navy operations and maintenance funds to satisfy the IDIQ™s minimum guarantee.

Contract work will take place in Millington, Tenn., and Norfolk, Va.

The service branch launched MyNavy Career Center in September 2018 in a move to simplify the processing of pay and personnel service delivery operations. The hub is operated by the Navy Personnel Command and offers 24/7 customer service support to sailors.

Keller, Texas-based SDS offers systems administration, network engineering, cybersecurity and software engineering services.
