Three Firms Land Spots on $150M State Dept Global Advisory Support IDIQ

The State Department has awarded Academi Training Center, Culmen International and Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) spots on a potential five-year, $150M contract for global advisory and support services.

A FedBizOpps notice posted Wednesday says the awardees will compete for task orders under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide such services in support of the department™s Global Defense Reform Program and diplomatic missions.

Task orders may include training and consulting support services to security force units and host governments; subject matter expertise; reach back facilitation assistance; and logistics and life support services for all personnel performing work under the contract.

The multiple-award IDIQ contract has a one-year base term and four option years.
