Report: 12 Firms Awarded Spots on GSA COMET IT Contract Vehicle

The General Services Administration has awarded 12 companies positions on a multiple-award contract for information technology services, Federal News Network reported Tuesday.

The awardees on the CIO Modernization and Enterprise Transformation contract are:

  • Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH)
  • CGI Federal
  • CollabraLink Technologies
  • Digital Management
  • Incentive Technology Group/Accenture Federal Services
  • Karsun Solutions
  • Octo Consulting Group
  • Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP)
  • REI Systems
  • Sevatec
  • Techflow
  • Unisys (NYSE: UIS)

GSA issued in June a request for quotations for COMET, which replaces the potential $400M CIO Application Maintenance, Enhancements and Operations procurement vehicle.

The agency also awarded four task orders under COMET. Industry sources said Sevatec secured a potential $150M task order for IT services, while Booz Allen received a $76M fleet management support services task order and another $32M for cloud services. ITG and Perspecta™s Vencore business will share in the fourth task order for services in support of the Integrated Acquisition Environment.
