UES Secures $90M Air Force IDIQ to Develop Molecular Assessment Sensing Tech

UES Inc. has won a potential eight-year, $90.3M contract to develop a technology for the U.S. Air Force identify molecular signatures of airmen performance. The company will conduct basic, applied and advanced research on molecular assessment sensing tools and demonstrate signatures in operational environments, the Department of Defense said Monday.

DoD expects work to be complete by Aug. 31, 2027. The Air Force Research Laboratory received two offers for the cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract via a competitive acquisition process.

UES is a woman-owned company headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, and offers scientific research and technical services in various disciplines such as product development, additive manufacturing and surface engineering.
