Paradigm Mechanical Corp. and the Sapper WestSpectrum Service Group joint venture have won five-year, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts worth $147 million combined to build, alter, repair or renovate facilities for the U.S. Marine Corps.

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command will initially obligate $5,000 in fiscal 2019 operations and maintenance funds on each of the three potential $49 million design-bid-build contracts, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.

Paradigm Mechanical will perform a range of construction, repair and maintenance work for a range of facilities at the Marine Corps™ Air Ground Combat Center in Twentynine Palms, Logistics Base in Barstow and Mountain Warfare Training Center in Bridgeport.

Sapper West-Spectrum Service Group JV secured the two contracts to provide engineering, alteration, repair, paving, roofing, fire protection system installation and other support services for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning at the Naval Weapons Station in Seal Beach, Marine Corps Base in Camp Pendleton and Naval Base in Ventura County.

NAVFAC received seven bids for the first project and six for the other two projects through an online solicitation process. The Pentagon expects all contract services to conclude by July 2024.
